  • We recommend decanting the wine for about an hour. It can then be served with specialties made of Istrian beef (boškarin), black truffles and quality steaks.

One of the Roxanich wines in highest demand. It's basically a Bordeaux blend, but with the addition of a blaufränkisch, which, of course, is not used in Bordeaux. Each variety is vinified separately before blending. The smaller part of the wine is aged in small 225 and 550-liter barrels, while 80% goes into large barrels. The result is much better wood integration. The wine is not filtered and the processing follows the lunar calendar.
