Serving recommendation is to put the dragée in a glass of rosé sparkling wine, and when it has thoroughly soaked, eat it with the final sip of wine.
The gourmet dragée, Raffinée Raspberry by Chocome, is a dessert which is better served with sparkling rosé wine than on its own. The accentuated raspberry fruity acids will develop fruity aromas in the wine which will then blend nicely with the aromas of the dragée. We wholeheartedly recommend this dragée with rosé champagnes. It is made of white chocolate with added vanilla.
