After a long hiatus, the Adžić winery has again offered pinot noir. We appreciate the fact that this wine proves not all pinot noir wines from flatlands must be overripe and jam-like. Even though the aromas belong to a darker spectrum and are reminiscent of black berries, the wine offers the well-known complexity of pinot, a subdued herbaceous aroma, as well as the unusual aromas of the forest soil and game meat, which make it famous in the world of wine. The tannins are low, and have completely softened since 2018. The alcohols are slightly pronounced, bordering on high when compared to the classic-style pinot noir. Thus we believe that the Croatian wine consumers will greatly appreciate it.
