The first sparkling wine of the Galić winery is labeled Blanc de Noirs. It was produced from black grapes - it is made entirely of pinot noir. Pinot noir gives texture to premium sparkling wines, but also the complexity and the profile of fruit aromas. It is usually more delicate and lighter-bodied, but extremely textured with wide aromatic features. The base wine for this sparkling wine went through the oak barrel, and was in touch with yeasts for over three years. It opens slowly in the glass and moves from the fruity aromas toward yellow cream and croissant.
