The best-selling pinot noir from the Herve Kerlann winery. This is a cuvée of several pinot noir vineyards that are classified as "village". This, therefore, is not basic Burgundy. The wine was aged for 12 months in barrels, 30% of which are new. Rounded and full pinot noir which, within the features of this variety, has a medium body and is suitable for aging. It is now nearing its peak and the widest aromatic presentation it is bound to achieve. At the same time it reveals the fruitiness of pinots, the influence of oak and the skills of winemakers, as well as certain tertiary aromas from the moisture, moss and fungi spectrum that have already developed.
