Château d'Arche Sauternes
When it comes to “grand cru classe”, the highest classification in Bordeaux, few things are left to chance, especially in the exceptional 2010 vintage. This Chateau d'Arche is the work of the great expert Henri Boyer of Oenoconseil. We think that the vintage has been left to the right person. This bottle contains such knowledge, variety of aromatic spectrum and features of exceptional vintage that it can easily be said it is underrated. Aromas of candied tropical fruit, ginger, melon, caramel, lightly fried hazelnuts, etc. Soft, round, rich, delicate hint of wood (one third of new barrels each year).
