Characteristic and original pinot gris from Plešivica. All praise for the decision to keep the natural color of the pinot gris that is slightly copper and our note to the dear wine lovers- the natural pigment of the pinot gris to the wines of this variety gives copper reflections. They may be more pronounced and less pronounced, but they are natural and desirable. They are desirable because the vinification method which retains this color retains at the same time the clearer aromas of the pinot gris.
A pleasant lime blossom, an aroma that is lacking in many of the long-lasting pinot gris, with the more common aromas of apricot, yellow meadow flowers and medium-ripe citrus.
