Among the better known and the first organic and biodynamic wineries from Slovenia, Movia Veliko Belo vino is the one for which Aleš Krstančić intended the "signature" status. This is the main reason why the main word in the blend is Slovenian ribula, a variety that has experienced a great return through organic wines and biodynamics. It gives a terrorist signature and seal. It is complemented by sauvignon and pinot gris, but more importantly, blended musts, not finished wines. According to Mr. Krstančić's idea, real pairing and different results occur when the varieties ferment together, not when the finished wines are mixed. Prolonged aging and skin contact makes the wine truly unique. The aromas are dried citrus peels, honey and yellow flowers.
