It comes from Istria and is made from Istrian Malvasia, whose variety predominates in the aromas of the white acacia flower. This is a charmat sparkling wine that has had prolonged contact with yeast for several days after fermentation so that it is eventually lightly filled just enough to accompany some cold and warm appetizers.
