Wine of 100% organically grown Malvasia from younger vineyards near the Baracija station, hence the name. The grapes are harvested by hand, after which they are macerated in large wooden barrels for up to three weeks. After pressing, the wine is aged for up to two years in large oak barrels of up to 2,500 liters. A slightly lighter variant of Clay Malvasia, with characteristic varietal aromas of acacia and peach, which open even more in the glass, turning into aromas of dried fruit. Complex and with a slightly bitter finish, in which a dose of minerality can be felt.
