Unikat is the first premium predicate Škrlet wine ever produced. It is made from late-harvest grapes, so it has a more intense color and aroma, but it still has Škrlet’s famous freshness. The aroma and taste are reminiscent of apricot, peach and lime with overtones of white flowers. The retro taste is of solid length, with accentuated citrus fruits and minerality.
