Clear and moderate lemon-yellow color typical of the variety. The scent is also very characteristic, intense and attractive.
Rich in aromas reminiscent of green peppers, mowed meadows, gooseberries and a hint of elderflower.
Light and refreshing, and at the same time very intense taste in which the impressions of fresh herbalism and persistent minerality are intertwined. The finish where the herbality of green peppers and the gentle and pleasant bitterness of asparagus meet is especially noteworthy.
