Orange wines have a wide range of pairing with food. Our recommendation is to pair it with risotto with chicken and saffron or flank steak.

Wine of intense orange-amber color with red reflections. Rich aromas of overripe fruit, such as apples and pears, and orange peel aromas, typical of orange wines, immediately appear on the nose. Dry and dense, with intense aromas of ripe fruit, orange marmalade and some bitter notes of almonds. Long and elegant finish.
The wine ferments in amphorae for three years and then for another two years in a wooden barrel. It comes in a special ceramic bottle, so that the wine is without contact with light and so that it is preserved as much as possible. It is produced in a limited series of 1000 bottles.
