Its wonderful clarity and vibrant shades of mahogany are a mark of this cognac’s fine balance.  Aromas of spice mingle with very subtle notes of vanilla and light tobacco. Toasty wood notes are imparted by its long and steady maturation in barrels.  Echoing the balanced and harmonious character of the nose, it shows a well-structured palate, with the mellow texture of the oldest eaux-de-vie perfectly balancing the vitality of the youngest. Subtle notes of brown sugar and candied fruits are complemented by touches of light spice.
