2012 was a year full of paradoxes for winemaking (nature proved unpredictable series of climate events) but at the end, it gave birth to a great vintage.
The nose is full, mingling scents of white flowers with apricot, rhubarb and mint. Notes of white pepper follows together with the minerality of ash.
On the palate,the wine quickly becomes vibrant and then literally explodes with energy of effervescence and harmony. Dominated by zingy acidity and bitter notes, with finish marked by ginger, tobacco and toastiness, with note of salinity.
