Vineyards of Western Istria, the site of Bujština, a blend of several vineyards, grapes of slightly more solid texture. Malvasia made in stainless steel, without maceration, rapid processing, controlled fermentation and sedimentation until January. This is followed by the blending of various sites during March, and placement on the market from May or June. A fresh and elegant wine of medium texture, smooth, attractive fruity aroma, accentuated minerality and a light aftertaste reminiscent of bitter almond. It reaches its maximum during the fall and winter, and has a longer durability than conventional wines. As it ages in the bottle floral and herbal notes come to the front. The wine has various uses due to its minerality and a slightly bitter aftertaste. This wine is the so-called "easy drinking" for celebrations and receptions, and is widely used in gastronomy.
