The label bearing the name of St.Michael the patron saint of this family and estate. This label is made only at its best age, exclusively from one variety and from one part of the vineyards of producer`s choice. The series is limited edition (totally 2070 bottles made) and every bottle is numbered separately.The grapes for this wine come from the famous international grape variety Tribidrag, and are grown in an organic vineyard Komarna, situated at 100 m above sea level.Processing and vinification begin with the selection of grapes at winery after they have been picked by hand. The wine undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in a tank under controlled conditions. After this, it is aged in new barrique barrels made from French and American oak for 12 months. After filling, it is aged another 12 months before it is released into the market.
This wine is a dark ruby colour, with attractive notes of blackberries, cherries, plums and sweet spices. It is a full-bodied wine, Â powerful, with balanced freshness and sophisticated structure.The finish is long with notes of dark fruit, dark chocolate and dried Mediterranean herbs.
