Bastiàn Malvasia comes from the area of northwestern Istria, from organic vineyards in the Buje area. Light yellow in color with green reflections. On the nose, with elegant, floral-fruity aromas, from which the aromas of acacia, white peach and grapefruit stand out. Some green, vegetative notes can be found in the background. Fresh and delicious on the palate, without too much fruitiness and with well-balanced acids. In the finish, some salty notes and a dose of minerality can be found, which invites you to another glass.
