The grapes for The Pale come from the best terroirs of the Var region from the south of France. Harvesting takes place during the night to prevent oxidation processes and preserve optimal aromas. On the nose are exuded intense fruity aromas. Along with the inevitable red fruit, you can also sense fresh apples, peaches, sweet melon, and pomelo. It has a medium body, pronounced acidity and a fruity, light palate. 

Whispering Angel is one of the most famous Provence rosé, with an enchanting name that seems to whisper you an invitation to taste it. Pale pink in color, subtle and delicate, with a rich flavor profile, extremely dry and with a smooth finish. Made from the highest-quality grapes from Côtes de Provence in France, as a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino. With delicate aromas of strawberry, grapefruit and peach. 

Rock Angel is a refined dry rosé made from Grenache, Cinsault and Vermentino, and partially barrel fermented in large oak barrels. Made from the highest-quality grapes in the region Côtes de Provence, it was designed not just to serve as an aperitif wine, but also to pair with fine cuisine.
Pale pink in colour, with strong aromas of red berries and with hints of nectarine and citrus. Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and and a juicy, creamy palate.
