This chardonnay is rich and full of modern character, with fruity aromas such as apricots and apples, accompanied by abundant vanilla flavors. The taste is full and strong, and yet very harmonious owing to the right balance of acidity and the extract. Its best quality is an attractive and lasting aftertaste of spices and fruit that lasts minutes after drinking and invites you to take another sip. The fermentation and aging in barrique barrels provided it with a more complex flavor and a richer texture. It was macerated for a short time, while a quarter of the wine aged in barrique and was blended in stainless steel tanks.
