Dark and intense crimson red. The first phase is dominated by the aromas of thyme and fig, which are interwoven with the delicious and intense aromas of blueberries and cherries. Mineral and black pepper aromas also appear. Barrel aging adds more complexity, along with bitter chocolate and fried flavor. The taste is concentrated and structured, with rounded and strong fruity tannins. Long-lasting, with exceptional persistence of scent.
