This wine is a true expression of the Margaret River terroir. An ancient piece of land exposed to the ocean; crunchy, salty, aromatic sauvignon with rounded and earthy semillion. Yellow peaches, melons, passion fruit, lemon peel and ginger on the nose. The first taste is dominated by freshness, which slowly gives way to citrus, melon, lemon peel, and long-lasting minerality.
