Trapan Teran Terra Mare

A ruby red color, almost purple. Mild and pleasant aroma, spicy flavors intertwined with chocolate, coffee, and the smell of tobacco. The tannins are soft, ripe and moderate. In the mouth it is relatively full, spicy, fresh. Long and soft finish. Vinification: Careful mulching of grapes, maceration for 15 days in wooden containers, fermentation in controlled conditions, temperature 22-24 Â°C. After alcohol fermentation, malolactic fermentation (MLF) in wood. Aging: 100% used barrique French oak barrels. Aging in bottles for 30-90 days. Bottled unfiltered, possible formation of wine lees.
