Ivica Perak is an expert enologist, one of the people who has contributed to the wines of other wineries as well. He has won many awards while working as an enologist in other wineries, but his welschrieslings, and wines under the Perak Graševina label, have had a profound impact. Extremely dry, very mature welschriesling with fruity apple aromas and accentuated floral aromas. With such good maturity, it is interesting to note that the wine has a very stable backbone of fresh and pleasant fruit acids.
