Organic-grown grapes that ferment on their own yeast in contact with the skin for one month during which the drop is mixed 3 times a day. Everything in this wine is said by Giorgio Clai. Made of pure malvasia istriana, it ferments in large wooden barrels that allow spontaneous malolactics. A complex and developed wine that combines the best of aged white and white macerates. It only occurs in the best years.
