Prošek goes well with very sweet desserts. The wine is rich and full of distinctive aromas of carob and dried figs with hints of vanilla, and will thus stand out even with mousse made of white or dark chocolate.

Bibich is a winemaker whose region has repeatedly benefited from his actions. Skradin found its place on the world map precisely because of the Bibich winery. As much as he does for the region, he also does plenty for its indigenous varieties. In addition to the excellent sparkling wine made from the debit variety, he also produces prošek, a sweet wine which is highly valued in Croatia and contains maraština. The wine is made from dried grapes of debit and maraština, it is aged for a long time before being placed on the market, and usually contains 105 to 120 grams of residual sugar, making it an ideal match for very sweet desserts.
