Miloš Stagnum selected harvest
The expression selected harvest reveals that this wine was obtained from selected dried grapes of plavac mali, harvested after the usual harvest in the famous 2007 vintage. High alcohol content of 15.9%, and 16 grams of residual sugar per liter indicate the specificity of this wine. The complexity of its aromas, the harmony between alcohol, extract, residual sugar, tannins, acids, phenols and their richness speak volumes about this wine. It is almost like having wine and food at the same time. It is served as an aperitif with an appropriate dish, or as a digestif or a dessert with pure dark chocolate with 70% cocoa. It really has an unusually wide purpose. The maturation and the final formation of the wine takes place in large Slavonian oak barrels. It is served at room temperature.
