The wine is of intense raspberry pink tones with amber reflections. The scent is dominated by red fruits (raspberries, red currant) and citrus fruits (red grapefruit), rounded with floral notes. In the mouth it shows perfect balance and refreshment, minerality, while the finish is complemented by fresh notes of red fruit. Vinification: Careful mulching of grapes, no maceration, bleeding of premium red wine, fermentation in controlled conditions, temperature 12-14 °C. Aging: 45-60 days aging in bottles.
