A ruby red full and intense color, almost purple. Mild and pleasant aroma of wild berries (sour cherry), coffee, plenty of spices (black pepper). The tannins are soft, ripe and moderate. Fullness in the mouth, spices. Long and soft finish. Vinification: Vinification: Careful mulching of grapes, maceration 15-20 days, by variety, fermentation in controlled conditions, temperature 22-24 °C. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation (MLF) in wood. Aging: 50% barrique French oak barrels and 50% large wooden containers. Aging in bottles for 30-90 days. Bottled unfiltered, possible formation of wine lees.
