The wine is very sweet and complex, therefore the Corona Grande goes well with most sweet dishes, rožata (flan) of Dubrovnik, amareta (cookies from Korčula), the cake of Rab, tarts and even chocolate cakes. It is best served with the traditional Istrian dry cookies.

Sweet white wine made from malvasia, muscat and ulovina. Late harvest grapes are further dried in wooden crates for a minimum of two months. The wine contains approximately 140 grams of sugar per liter, but it is an extremely harmonious wine that, when cooled, seems fresh and light in the mouth. It stands out among sweet wines with its aromatic qualities of ulovina, which is a rarity in this style.
