For the production of Šember chardonnay, some of the wine is aged on a fine lees of yeasts in small barrique barrels. This process contributes to the experience of the body, the fullness and the complexity of the wine. The part that doesn’t go through these methods retains a lovely fruitiness and fresh acids. The result is a fine balance of aromas of aging and fruity aromas, especially reminiscent of white stone fruits. Aromas of tropical fruits and caramel are slightly less noticeable.
