Pošip is an indigenous Croatian variety originating from the island of Korčula. With plenty of sunshine and warmth, it usually produces somewhat fuller-bodied wines. It is characterized by aromas of ripe stone fruit, but it also has its own distinctive aromas that make it stand out , such as dry Mediterranean herbs. It is highly regarded among connoisseurs, with its popularity still on the rise.
