Kosovec Winery is a small family winery dedicated to organic winemaking. The Selection line is only available in selected years and it best represents the philosophy of this winemaker - to reduce interventions to the least possible to make the wine as original as possible. Natural cultivation, natural preparations, natural yeasts, no filtering, no intervention - that the variety can show who it really is.
Very rich and ripe wine, thick and still with a small amount of organic material in the bottle, which is why we recommend decanting. Dark fruit and tertiary aromas in a very nice ratio.
