Tomac Pinot Noir is one of the best examples of the fact that the pinot noir from Plešivica has the style most similar to Burgundy, as the winemaker himself is one of the few who managed to enchant French winemakers. A wide range of aromas range from basic, varietal, fruity, through those from the basement to those from maturing to the extreme, such as the mild vegetation and bitterness of the crumpled blueberry leaves. With such layering, care should also be taken of a well-selected and affected service, a wrongly selected glass could hide a lot.
