Dita is a cuv├ęe of plavac mali, syrah and cabernet sauvignon. The ratios are not the same in each vintage, and as the winemaker tells us, the question is whether they can be repeated. For this reason, the front label usually states information about the ratio. It is important to approach each Dita differently. What can be said for sure, even if the varieties do not change, is that is a full-bodied wine. All three varieties have enough tannins and fruitiness to give the wine its full body, while the island of Bra─Ź has enough sun and warmth for all three varieties to ripen quite well. Before tasting, one must think of the decanter.
