Blatina is one of the red varieties suitable for quality rosé wines due to its naturally expressed acids and pronounced fruit aromas. It is a specific black variety in Herzegovina and protected in 1973. In red wines it has great potential for aging, and in rosé it has a fantastic freshness and a whole range of small, red, berry fruits. The scent of damask roses, raspberries and strawberries on the nose and in the mouth.
