Adžić Lucija Rose
Slavonia and Baranja, Croatia
Temporarily unavailable
It is common to serve rosé with dishes of raw fish, cold appetizers, and low-sugar fruit desserts. This rosé, however, should be served with red mullet brudet (fish stew). Even with polenta on the side, the wine is full enough to accompany this dish.
- 12-13 °C
This is the first marketed rosé from the Adžić winery. Unusual and unlike any of our traditional rosé wines, but also unlike the Provence rosé. As Antun Adžić himself said - “If we decide to make rosé, we must make it different and give it our own personal touch.” As all the other wines from this winery, it is made with indigenous yeasts, from grapes originating exclusively from the Mitrovac site.
