It goes well with dishes with pickled vegetables, but it is also recommended with fatty foods that will seem much more enjoyable and lighter. With fatty lamb, fatty freshwater or deep sea fish. We recommended it with a good moray eel or conger stew (brudet).
- 10-12 °C
It embodies the highest quality features of Slavonian sauvignons. The first scent is predominantly herbal in nature, suggesting the freshness of green peppers and freshly cut flowers, and soon opens to an attractive and lasting aroma of gooseberries as the main carrier of the fragrance, supported by almost salty minerality. The taste is simply outstanding. At first, the pleasantly accentuated acidity gives it freshness and attractiveness, which is soon complemented by the fullness of the mouth-filling extract which gives the impression of firmness of elements. Finally, a gentle warmth is revealed, rounding this wine into a rich, delicious, strong, mineral and, ultimately refreshing nectar.
