The wine is a nice amber color, with some shades of green. After pouring into a glass, the wine is gradually released and gentle aromas of citrus appear, especially clementines, then quinces and spices. The wine is dry, soft and complex and represents a departure from fresh Malvasia. Full body, with enough freshness and well balanced. Long-lasting intensity, with notes of dried apricots and honey.
The wine was macerated for 9 days, after which it was matured for 12 months in used acacia barrique barrels, then spent another 4 - 6 months in bottles before being placed on the market.
Filled unfiltered, possible appearance of sediments of wine origin.
