Among the more successful blends in the domestic / foreign category, this wine would be the simplest to describe as a favorite wine or a favorite wine. It originated from Teran and Shiraz and is a well-known type of blend in winemaking where the indigenous, local, domestic variety is mixed with one of the world's, international ones. Each variety is very carefully vinified separately. Grapes from several harvests during September were macerated for about two weeks. It boiled in steel, but went through two stages of aging in wood - a year in small, used barrels and a year in large, used barrels. It was only before the glass was paired with The One. Shirazs blackberries slightly change the usual aromas of teran, so they are more reminiscent of blueberries than currants. Teran has little effect on the spicy spices of shiraz, so pepper is more reminiscent of red than black. Wonderful interaction. Be sure to decant to enjoy the third aromas.
