  • Dishes for this wine should not have pronounced acids, but should have vegetables; hence eggplant, korab, zucchini, potatoes, sweet potatoes, but as the wine is full it tolerates fuller dishes, eg parmidata with very ripe tomatoes or paella also with ripe tomatoes.

  • 10-12 °C

Very rich and powerful Pinot Gris. It does not belong to any known style, it is not Alsatian, Piedmontese, or Slovenian orange. The wines of the Bibich winery have their own striking style. Moderate to full body, pronounced alcohol for white wine, juicy and very rounded in the mouth, is not characterized by young sharp acids but mature, soft and fullness created in the wine by indigenous yeasts. Aromas of ripe apples, ripe citrus, stone fruit, ripe apricots. Slightly thick and viscous wine and certainly one of the more luxurious Pinot Gris.
