When we talk about sparkling wines, this is a full body and a little richer than that. Rounded, soft and juicy with aromas of tart and strawberry jam. This wine does not come out in large editions and should be rushed to be caught when offered. It is one of the gastronomically stronger sparkling wines and can accompany medium-rich cuisine.
