The curiosity of the Babić from the Zlatan Otok winery, one of the pioneers of Croatian winemaking - Zlatan Plenković - is in his lighter body. Namely, the grapes come from the surroundings of Šibenik, in a broader sense the area from where they are most famous, but it is one shade lighter than them. Zlatan Babić is characterized by aromas of red fruit, more than black, and the aroma of cherries is nice. It has a bit of lower tannins and is quite drinkable. From harvest to harvest, it can also show the aroma of game meat, more often in fresher years.
