Tomić Illyricum

Among lovers of miles called "little Caplar", Illyricum Tomić is made from the same grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon and Plavac Mali, although the ratios vary to a lesser extent depending on the vintage and the decision of the winemaker. There are two very powerful varieties in this blend, but it turned out that our audience loves such wines. Both varieties have accentuated tannins, Cabernet Sauvignon predominates with acids, and Plavac Mali certainly with extracts. Although it is not necessary, it would be good to decant this wine, it develops very nicely in contact with the air and various unexpected nuances are extracted from its depth.
