Description

This rosé has a medium-intense salmon color. Fine natural bubbles point to a natural rosé, with the desired intense freshness of a young rosé. The smell is clean as morning dew. Somewhat sweeter. At first, one is surprised by the clean fruity aroma of raspberry, cherry and wild strawberries, while hints of yellow fruit emerge from the background. Due to its rich body, fruity taste and the touch of the new moon, the wine has a comfortable and harmonious mouthfeel. It's as intoxicating as youth. The taste that remains in the mouth is pleasantly fresh. It is unforgettable, just like first love. The rosé grapes ripen at selected sites of old cabernet sauvignon vineyards. After selected harvest, Batič rosé is pressed using the old method. It is then fermented on its own yeasts in stainless steel containers. The rest of the refined bubbles in the wine reflect the great love that the winemaker has devoted to this variety and the nurturing of the wine.
