Planeta Terebinto is made from the grillo variety. This variety was made for the sunny Sicily because it has an exceptional freshness. The harvest can easily be moved a little earlier to get a very fresh aperitif wine or a truly refreshing wine for the summer. The variety can also contribute to the aroma and durability of fruit flavors in blends. Terebinto has a medium-ripened grillo whose aromas are reminiscent of sauvignon, but it also adds its specific aromas of loquat, beeswax, apricots and sea fish.
