Tement Morillon Chardonnay
Chardonnay is called morillon only in Styria. It is just a synonym, there is no other difference. Fermented and aged in large, neutral wooden barrels. Eighteen months on a fine lees adds to the complexity, with aromas reminiscent of broškulani mindeli (roasted almonds). The florality is reminiscent of daisy petals and the varietal aromas of freshly grated apple. This wine is intended for several years of aging during which the complexity is expected to develop.
