Tement Zieregg Morillon Chardonnay
In this wine, chardonnay was given the opportunity to prove itself in one of the most respected Austrian sites when it comes to sauvignon, which is Zieregg. The part in which it is grown has equal parts of limestone and marlstone, making it very suitable for the “the great Burgundy style”. A strikingly long finish. At first, there are ripe lemons, hazelnuts and cocoa seeds on the nose. Airing brings to the front the aromas of fresh field herbs. The winemaker recommends aging in the bottle for 5 to 15 years.
