Terms of delivery

Delivery

We deliver throughout the Republic of Croatia. Delivery time is a maximum of seven working days upon receipt of payment, and in most cases within 48 hours. Delivery price is 15,00 EUR (VAT included). For amounts larger than 250,00 EUR, delivery is free. For the area of the city of Zagreb, the delivery is made in 2 working days. We deliver on weekdays no later than 4 pm, and deliveries are also possible on Saturdays until 1 pm.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as delivery times may be longer during the summer season and around major holidays such as Easter and Christmas. This is due to higher demand and limited capacity of the courier and cargo services we depend on, as well as increased pressure on our internal logistics, which can affect how quickly we are able to process and ship orders.

We have recently been delivering to the countries of the European Union. The cost of delivery to individual countries will be displayed at the time of purchase. The delivery price is rounded up to one carton of wine containing a maximum of 6 bottles.
