Prices listed on the web are retail, including VAT and a refund of 0.50 kn

Delivery

We deliver throughout the Republic of Croatia. Delivery time is a maximum of seven working days upon receipt of payment, and in most cases within 24 hours. Delivery is free for orders over HRK 400.00. For orders less than HRK 400.00, the delivery price is HRK 45.00 (VAT included). The stated price refers to one carton of wine, ie 6 bottles. We deliver on weekdays no later than 4 pm, and for the area of ​​the city of Zagreb, deliveries are also possible on Saturdays until 1 pm.

Payment

It is possible to pay in the following ways:

  • one-time credit cards (Visa, American Express, Diners, Mastercard, Maestro, Discover, DinaCard) directly through our web shop. The credit card payment service is provided by WSPay and the security of your data is guaranteed.

  • general payment slip or bank transfer

 

Age restrictions The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. Each customer is obliged to present a document proving his / her majority at the request of the deliverer.

Unilateral termination of the contract

The User may unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason. The User has no right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement:

  • if the service has been fully performed and the performance has started with his explicit prior consent and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilaterally terminate the Contract if the service is fully performed;
  • if the subject of the Contract is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery;
  • if the subject of the Contract is goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery;
  • if the subject of the contract is a product or service whose price depends on changes in the financial market that are beyond the influence of the Seller, and which may occur during the term of the Buyer's right to unilateral termination of the contract;
  • if the subject of the contract is a product that is made according to the Buyer's specification or that is clearly tailored to the Buyer;
  • if the subject of the contract is the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of the contract, and delivery may follow only after 30 days, if the price is dependent on changes in the market that are beyond the influence of the Seller;
  • if more than half of the product has been consumed during the determination of product defects.

In order for the user to exercise the right to unilateral termination of the Agreement, he must notify Miva d.o.o. on its decision on unilateral termination of the Agreement before the expiration of the deadline by an unambiguous statement sent by mail (to Miva doo, Ulica grada Vukovara 56a, 10 000, Zagreb) or by e-mail to info@miva.com.hr, in which you will state your name and last name, address, telephone number, fax number or e-mail address, and may also use the specified written form for unilateral termination of the Agreement.

Also, the Form for unilateral termination of the Agreement located HERE, the user can fill in electronically and send in which case Miva d.o.o. to submit without delay an acknowledgment of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the Agreement by e-mail.

The deadline for unilateral termination of the Contract is 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the user or a third party designated by the user, who is not a carrier, the goods subject to the Contract are handed over, or in case of service, from the conclusion of the Contract.

If the user unilaterally terminates the Contract, he will be refunded the funds received from him, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day when Miva doo or info@miva.com.hr receive the user's decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, unless the user has chosen another type of delivery, which is not the cheapest standard delivery offered. Refunds will be made in the same way as the user made the payment. In the event that the user agrees in another way to refund the amount paid, he does not bear any costs in relation to the refund. Refund Miva d.o.o. he may execute it only after the goods have been returned to him.

The user is obliged to deliver the goods or send them to the address Miva doo, Ulica grada Vukovara 56a, 10 000, Zagreb, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day when Mivi doo, or info@miva.com.hr, sent its decision on the unilateral termination of the Agreement. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the user. Before terminating the Agreement, the User is asked to call the phone number +38598663569 or call info@miva.com.hr in order to be explained the procedure for returning the goods.

Pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. In case of damage to the original packaging, the amount of the refund will be reduced by a percentage corresponding to the value of the goods. In this case, the user will be notified of the amount by which the refund will be reduced.

If, at the request of the user, the execution of the service started during the deadline for unilateral termination of the Agreement, the user is obliged to pay Mivi d.o.o. an amount commensurate with what was delivered up to the time the user notified Miva d.o.o. on unilateral termination of the Agreement.

Refund

If it happens by chance that the goods you paid for for some reason are not currently in stock, we will refund within 24 hours. If necessary, we will contact you if you want the rest of the order to be sent. We will try to update the offer daily so that if something is missing it will be blocked for the order so that the possibility of omission is minimal.

Errors in the pricing system are possible. In this case, the seller is not obliged to deliver the listed products at the price of the product so low that the buyer knows or should have known that it was a mistake and not the real price of the product.

The images of the item are symbolic and the year on the item label may differ from the year currently available and specified in the product specification.

Miva d.o.o undertakes to provide protection of personal data of customers, by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers / users that are necessary to meet our obligations; informs customers about how to use the collected data, regularly gives customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not to have their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to do their job. All employees of Miva d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy.
